Alex Hardin
is an actress, playwright, and professional burlesque artist. She received her BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch Playwrights Horizons Theater School in the spring of 2021, then dove head-first into the local theater and nightlife scene. She is a showgirl with a flair for bizarre, which reflects in her writing, acting, and dance. Recent stage credits include The Queer Without a Santa Claus (Snow Miser), which premiered at the Laurie Beechman December 2025, and Speakeasy Die Softly (Lucy Morals). Her proudest achievement to date is the release of her first full length play, Wasted, which made its stage debut at the Tank Theater in July of 2023; a semi-autobiographical work about the romanticization of addiction in college aged women. She has performed numerous burlesque acts at esteemed venues such as the Slipper Room, the Box, and Coney Island USA, and takes pride in sewing all of her own costumes. When offstage, Alex is a children’s entertainer, specializing in bubble artistry and face painting.
